BLACK ROCK YACHT CLUB MEMBER PROTECTION POLICY
 
 
The Member Protection Policy was ratified by the General Committee on 12 May 2009.
This policy can be accessed below.
 
A copy of key sections of the policy can be found on the noticeboard in the clubrooms.

Key definitions which help to ‘unpack’ the policy
Codes of conduct
Responsibilities of Black Rock Yacht Club 
Complaint Handling Procedures for addressing harassment, discrimination and child protection
Attachments – forms / reporting documents
 
Contact persons (MPIOs) who can assist individuals
MPIO: (Member Protection Information Officer)
The MPIO is to be the first point of contact for a person reporting a complaint. The role of MPIO is to provide support in terms of access to information. Individuals are free to seek guidance beyond BRYC.
